Is there a Medical Billing for Dummies book?

Does anyone know if there is a "Dummies" book for Medical billing or Medical coding?

I doubt it. You usually have to have a degree or at the least, a certificate to do billing/coding, so you shouldn't be a dummy by the time you go to school for it and graduate!.
